Vitamin C · 400 mg

Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to normal collagen formation. It is one of the most widely recognised water-soluble nutrients, found naturally in citrus fruits, rosehips, kiwi and leafy greens.

In VeraPura, vitamin C is provided as L-ascorbic acid - the standard bioavailable form.

Magnesium · 150 mg

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, to electrolyte balance and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It is found in wholegrains, leafy vegetables, nuts and seeds.

VeraPura provides magnesium as magnesium oxide, a compact and well-tolerated form suited to capsule format.

B-vitamins - B6, B12 & Folate

Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Folate contributes to normal amino acid synthesis.

These three nutrients often appear together in wholegrains, fortified foods and leafy vegetables. VeraPura combines them in a single capsule for convenience.
