Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases of VeraPura from ΠΑΝΑΓΙΩΤΗΣ ΤΣΑΠΕΤΗΣ. It does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. Right of withdrawal - 14 days

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date on which you receive the product, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as retained in UK law).

2. Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must be:

  • Returned within the 14-day withdrawal period
  • In its original, unopened condition with the seal intact

Please note: for hygiene reasons, food supplements from which the tamper-evident seal has been broken are not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal. This is a lawful exception under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Schedule 3, paragraph (e). This does not affect your rights in the event of a defective or incorrectly delivered product.

3. How to initiate a return

  1. Contact us by email at info@panagiotistsapetis.gr or by phone on +44 20 3984 7261 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) within the 14-day period.
  2. We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely and send it to the address provided.
  4. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.

4. Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds are issued via bank transfer or by the same payment method used, where technically possible. Since payment is made on delivery, refunds are typically processed by bank transfer to account details you provide.

5. Cancellation before dispatch

You may cancel your order at no charge at any point before it is dispatched. Call us or email us during working hours. You may also simply refuse the parcel at the door - no charge will be made in this case.

6. Defective products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange collection and replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including any postage.
