These terms govern your use of panagiotistsapetis.gr and any purchase of VeraPura from ΠΑΝΑΓΙΩΤΗΣ ΤΣΑΠΕΤΗΣ ("we", "us"), a Greek sole trader, ΛΗΛΑΝΤΙΩΝ 208, 34100 ΧΑΛΚΙΔΑ.

1. Acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful or fraudulent activity. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

2. Order process and sale terms

Placing an order: You place an order by completing the form on our website with your name and telephone number. Submitting the form is not a binding purchase - it is a request for us to contact you.

Confirmation: A member of our team will call you at the number provided during working hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) to confirm the order details. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by telephone and dispatch the parcel.

Prices: All prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. The price at the time of confirmation is the price you pay. Current price: £36.99 per pack of 90 capsules.

Payment: Payment is made on delivery, in cash or by debit/credit card (Visa or Mastercard), to the courier. No online payment is required.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before dispatch by calling +44 20 3984 7261 or emailing info@panagiotistsapetis.gr. You may also simply refuse to accept the parcel at the door, in which case no charge is made.

3. Limitations of liability

VeraPura is a food supplement. The information on this website does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare guidance. We do not accept liability for any reliance placed on content that is informational in nature.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics and layout, is the property of ΠΑΝΑΓΙΩΤΗΣ ΤΣΑΠΕΤΗΣ or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce it without written permission.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Full details are in our Return Policy.

6. Dispute resolution

We will attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance. If we are unable to do so, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
